All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 6pm will be processed on the next business day. - Shipping Notifications:

- Free Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on orders over 15,000, applicable to all locations within Pakistan.
5. Tracking Your Order

6. Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. Exo is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. - Lost or Stolen Packages:
